Go for Contact form channels and click on Settings icon.

Click on Form Setting Go for Send leads to mail and Click on Radio button for Send leads to mail.

Enter the Email address you want to add in the Email address input fields.

Enter the Subject you want to add in the Subject input fields.

Enter the Message you want to add in the Message input fields and save the widget.

After save the widget check fronted side Open the widget and go for Email input fields.

Enter the Email Address in the Email input fields and click on Submit button after check the Emil address email is received or not.
